HR Advisor | 24 hours a week

What will you do?

 

 

In this role, you are responsible for the entire HR process within the organization. You will be involved in recruitment and selection, terms of employment and contract management, and you will guide performance and development reviews. You are an approachable yet confident discussion partner for employees, team leaders and the management team.

In addition, you ensure effective workforce planning, approve hours for employees and agency workers, and maintain contact with temporary employment agencies. You coordinate training and actively contribute to the development of both people and the organization.

You also support audits, organize and guide company tours, and maintain contacts with educational institutions. From an HR perspective, you make a visible contribution to employer branding and internal communication, including through social media.

What do you bring?

• Several years of experience as an HR Advisor or in a comparable role
• Preferably experience within greenhouse horticulture or a production environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to easily connect with others
• A practical and down-to-earth mindset: you see what needs to be done and take action
• Experience with Dyflexis is a plus

What we offer

We offer you an HR position within a flat organization with short lines of communication. Decision-making is clear and direct, with close contact with the management team and team leaders. You will work with a committed team of 33 permanent employees, supported by a flexible workforce of agency workers, interns and students.

You will have the freedom to shape HR yourself and make a visible difference for both employees and the organization. You will operate at operational, tactical and strategic levels and act as a sparring partner for the management team and team leaders. As an HR Advisor, you will have a challenging role with a high level of autonomy. You will work in the heart of the production environment, allowing you to make a direct impact.
